Ram Gidoomal, Chair
Ram came to the UK as a refugee and became UK Group Chief Executive of the Inlaks Group, a multi national business with 7,000 employees. Ram is a member of the IND Complaints Audit Committee, a Board Member of Think London and the Institute for Employment Studies. He is a governor of Kings College School, Wimbledon, a Crown Appointee of Court & Council, Imperial College. He is Visiting Professor at Middlesex University.

Bob Garnett
Bob is a former Director of Children's Services for Nottinghamshire and for Hounslow. He now works as a freelance consultant. Bob is Co-Chair of the Refugee Teachers Task Force adn a member of national advisory groups on community languages and youth participation. He became a trustee in 2007.

Diane Hay
Diane is a senior manager in HM Revenue and Customs and was Chief Executive of ProShare. She has been a trustee of Employability since 2001 and has specific responsibilities around finance and evaluation.

Robin Hazlewood
Robin is Education Adviser to the City Parochial Foundation and Chairman of the Mary Ward Centre. He was Vice Provost of London Guildhall University and is a painter and author. He has been a Trustee of Employability since 2002.

Stephen Jones
Stephen was a senior civil servant in the Department for Education, concerned with further and higher education and was Head of International Relations. He was appointed Chair of Governors of the Centre for Information on Language Teaching and Research and is Co-Chair of the Refugee Teachers Task Force.
