Patrick Wintour, Director





Patrick Wintour
Director

Patrick has been Director of Employability since it was set up in 2000. He has previously worked in senior management roles for The Prince's Trust and The Industrial Society, and in the private sector with Christie-Tyler plc and Bowater. He is a member of the Central Council of the Royal Commonwealth Society. He was appointed as a member of the new Advisory Board on Naturalisation and Integration in 2004 and is currently its Chair.

Frances Green





Frances Green
Project Officer

Frances joined the Employability Forum in November 2007 having recently completed a Masters in Migration and Diaspora Studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies. She is a trained CELTA teacher and has taught English in Spain, Mexico and London. She currently teaches Life in the UK classes on a voluntary basis at Kalayaan.

Marsela Hoxha, Time Together Birmingham

Time Together Mentoring Scheme

Marsela is originally from Albania where she worked as a teacher and also undertook work as a journalist. She moved to Britain 5 years ago and in that time has worked at the Midlands Refugee Council in a number of roles, including Senior Welfare Officer. Marsela joined Time Together in April 2006 and is the Project Co-ordinator for Birmingham.

Prior to joining the Employability Forum in December 2006, Yaminee had worked within the Home Office for the Immigration and Nationality Directorate as well as working at local government level assisting the Corporate Board at the London Borough of Ealing. Yaminee has a degree in political science from Queen Mary College, London.

Beryl Randall, Project Manager



Beryl Randall
Programme Director

Beryl originally joined the Employability Forum in 2001 from Reed Executive, where she worked on New Deal and Employment Zones. She has a degree in modern languages and is a graduate member of the CIPD. She also chairs the South West London Refugee Alliance.
